Ingredients
Natural Yoghurt – 500g
Blueberries – 1 punnet
Rice Syrup – 1 teaspoon (optional – or use sweetener of choice)
Instructions

Place in moulds
Freeze for 3 hours
Fun at a party or for afternoon tea on a hot day
